Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internist to join our new Hypertension Clinic on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in helping build and grow a specialized clinic focused on the diagnosis, management, and long-term care of patients with hypertension and related cardiovascular risk factors.

Requirements

Conduct detailed patient assessments through physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic evaluations.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including medication management, lifestyle counseling, and procedural interventions.  Collaborate closely with specialists across various fields such as cardiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, neurology, oncology, and more to ensure comprehensive patient care.  Manage inpatient and outpatient cases with a focus on acute care experience, perioperative care, and chronic disease management like diabetes or hypertension.  Maintain meticulous medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards and CPT coding requirements for billing purposes.
